Meet Shiloh

Founder of Happy Hub Collective

Shiloh Blondel founded Happy Hub Collective, a Perth studio in Fremantle and Subiaco offering pottery classes, flower workshops, and mobile creative experiences. With training in Health Science/Biomedical Science and community arts, she pairs creativity with wellbeing in every session.

After returning to Perth in 2016 to support a family member through treatment, Shiloh focused on mental health, resilience and the therapeutic value of making. Study across pottery, floristry, art therapy and mindfulness shaped HHC’s calm, beginner-friendly approach.

She has led activation projects across WA, including co-producing the 2025 Hayside Space Activation in Subiaco—10 weeks of workshops, exhibitions and residencies with the City of Subiaco and Spacemarket.

Today Shiloh leads a team delivering corporate team building, hens and private celebrations, and community events—at our Fremantle studio, Subiaco gallery, or via mobile workshops Perth-wide. Her aim is simple: creativity that’s accessible, mindful and memorable.

Meet Tess

Lead Pottery Teacher

Tess is a Perth ceramic artist and the creative force behind Swiirl Studio. At Happy Hub Collective she’s one of our lead pottery teachers, guiding guests through relaxed, beginner-friendly workshops that focus on hand-building techniques—pinch, coil and slab—plus simple surface design and glazing. Tess believes clay is for everyone; her calm, encouraging approach makes classes feel welcoming, mindful and fun. From team experiences to hens and specialty sessions (like our Matcha & Mug Making collab), she helps people design pieces they’ll actually use and love. Expect clear demos, gentle feedback and plenty of space to play—then leave with new skills and a deeper connection to making.
