Creative Corporate Workshops in Perth - Team Building, Wellness & Events
Meet Shiloh
Founder of Happy Hub Collective
Shiloh Blondel is the founder and facilitator of Happy Hub Collective, a creative workshop studio in Fremantle, Western Australia. Happy Hub Collective offers handbuilding pottery classes, flower workshops, ceramic painting and mobile creative experiences delivered across Perth. With training in Health Science and Biomedical Science and a background in community arts, Shiloh pairs creativity with wellbeing in every session.
After returning to Perth in 2016 to support a family member through treatment, Shiloh focused on mental health, resilience and the therapeutic value of making. Study across pottery, floristry, art therapy and mindfulness shaped the calm, beginner friendly approach that Happy Hub Collective is known for. No experience is needed in any workshop, and every session is designed so that first time makers finish with something they are proud of.
Shiloh has led creative activation projects across Western Australia. In 2025 she produced the Hayside Space Activation in Subiaco, a 10 week program of workshops, exhibitions and artist residencies delivered in partnership with the City of Subiaco and Spacemarket. She has also delivered workshops for BHP, Rio Tinto, Curtin University, the City of Fremantle, Carers WA, Headspace and Endometriosis WA.
Today Shiloh leads a small team delivering corporate team building, hens parties, private celebrations and community events. Workshops run from the Fremantle studio at 10 Stack Street, or as mobile workshops anywhere across Perth and the Perth CBD. Her aim
Meet Moana
Studio Assistant & Lead Teacher
Moana is the heartbeat of the studio at Happy Hub Collective, balancing her role as Studio Assistant with being one of our Lead Pottery Teachers. With a calm, grounding presence and a deep love for creativity, she ensures the studio runs smoothly while making every guest feel welcomed and supported.
Moana is known for her sculptural work, exploring exciting shapes, organic forms, and thoughtful textures. Her mindful, intuitive approach to clay flows naturally into her teaching style.
During her time at Happy Hub Collective, Moana has guided hundreds of students and carefully handled thousands of student pieces through the kiln process. Her depth of experience, patience, and attention to detail make her a true anchor of the studio and an integral part of the Happy Hub community.
Meet Tess
Lead Pottery Teacher & Studio Assistant
Tess is a Perth-based ceramic artist and the creative force behind Swiirl Studio. At Happy Hub Collective, she is one of our Lead Pottery Teachers & Studio Assistants, guiding guests through relaxed, beginner-friendly workshops with a focus on hand-building techniques including pinch, coil, and slab, alongside stunning surface designs.
Beyond teaching, Tess plays an important role in the day-to-day running of the studio, supporting backend operations and often found reclaiming clay, preparing materials, and thoughtfully visual merchandising the space. Her eye for detail and care for process help keep the studio both functional and inspiring.
With a calm, encouraging approach, Tess believes clay is for everyone. She creates welcoming, mindful class environments where guests feel supported to explore, experiment, and build confidence. From team experiences and hens parties to specialty sessions - including our Matcha & Mug Making collaboration - Tess helps participants create ceramic pieces they’ll genuinely use and love.
Meet Aischa
Teacher & Studio Trainee
Aischa is a trainee at Happy Hub Collective, currently learning across pottery teaching, studio assisting, and backend operations as she grows her skills within the business. Alongside her hands-on training with us, she is studying Interior Design, bringing a natural sensitivity to form, colour, and spatial detail into the studio.
Originally from England, Aischa made the move to Australia - and we’re so grateful she did. Even in her trainee role, she brings an incredible amount of care, creativity, and light to our workplace. Her calm presence and willingness to learn make her a joy to train and work alongside.
We’re excited to continue supporting Aischa’s growth, nurturing her skills, and watching how far she goes — this is just the beginning.
