  • Each pottery workshop includes guided instruction from an experienced teacher, all clay and tools, glazing support, and firing and glazing for one ceramic piece per ticket.

  • Each ticket includes one fired and glazed ceramic piece. Additional pieces can be kept for $30 per item, which covers firing and glazing costs.

  • Including one piece allows us to keep workshops accessible while covering the true costs of firing, glazing, kiln use, materials, and labour. It also encourages mindful making and reduces waste.

  • Yes - you can choose which one piece you’d like included in your ticket. Your teacher can help guide this decision if needed.

  • The $30 fee covers professional glazing and kiln firing, including materials, energy, handling, and studio processing for each additional item.

  • Yes - some workshops offer tiered ticket options, such as signature (tea & coffee, BYO drinks, wine on arrival, or premium inclusions. All tiers include the same core pottery experience.

  • Most pottery workshops run for 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours and 30 minutes, giving you time to learn techniques, create intentionally, and decorate your piece.

  • Finished pieces are typically ready 6–8 weeks after your workshop. We hold completed items for 4 weeks following completion, meaning pieces must be collected within 12 weeks of your workshop date.

  • Due to limited storage space, uncollected pieces may be donated or recycled if not collected within 12 weeks post-workshop. We’ll notify you when your piece is ready for pickup.

  • Pottery is an unpredictable process, and breakage can naturally occur during drying, firing, or glazing. For this reason, we don’t offer refunds for drying or kiln-related breakage.

  • If a piece is accidentally damaged during handling by our team, we’ll organise clay for you to take home, plus one complimentary firing and glazing.

  • Yes - cracking, warping, and breakage are a natural part of working with clay and can happen outside anyone’s control.

  • Our workshops are a premium creative experience, thoughtfully designed around mindfulness, wellbeing, and community - not just learning techniques.

  • Yes. Each session is grounded in slowing down, being present, and creating with intention, offering a calm, nourishing break from busy daily life.
