Join us for an immersive in-person experience where participants will explore the transformative power of art as a tool for promoting wellbeing, fostering mindfulness, and building community bonds. Led by experienced artist and wellness advocate Shiloh Blondel, this workshop offers a unique opportunity for local government officials, councils, and community groups to invest in the holistic wellbeing of their constituents. Through hands-on art activities including pottery, painting, and sketching, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and collective connection. At the heart of our workshop lies a profound recognition of the importance of self-care and community support. By engaging in mindful art practices together, participants will not only cultivate a sense of inner calm and balance but also strengthen bonds with fellow community members, fostering a sense of belonging and solidarity.
